Here at Pask we have crafted elegant, yet powerfully intense red wine blends by blending the structure and finesse of Cabernet Sauvignon with the full, ripe fruit of Merlot. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blends have a long history in New Zealand, dating back to the mid-1800s. Today close to 90% of plantings are found in here Hawke’s Bay.
