The Gimblett Gravels is known for its reds, and the same warmth changes the whites. Nights here stay milder than in most New Zealand growing regions, so the fruit holds its ripeness without the sharp acidity, and Sauvignon Blanc off this site is noticeably softer for it.
The Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay and Pinot Gris come off our own vineyard. Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier turn up in the Small Batch releases, and the Instinct whites are our entry range.
