Small parcels of Merlot come off our vineyard for the Gimblett Gravels rosé, picked by hand and fermented in small tanks like everything else we make.

Alongside it sits an Instinct rosé from our entry range, and a Pétillant Naturel from the Small Batch releases, which is about as far from a still rosé as we go.
