Declaration is the range we declare to be our best. We only make these wines when the vintage gives us fruit that earns it, so the line-up is never quite the same twice and some years it is shorter than others.
That selectiveness is what you taste. The reds carry ripe blackcurrant and plum with spice behind them, and the Chardonnay is fuller and more textured than the one from our estate range. These are wines built to be kept.
It runs to Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, a Cabernet Merlot Malbec blend and a Methode Traditionelle, though not every one is made in every year.
