Powerful and elegant Gimblett Gravels blend. Concentrated sweet black cassis with subtle savoury notes and dried sage. Well balanced with pepper and spice to finish.
Dark ruby. Cedar, blackcurrant, tobacco leaf and cocoa with a layer of sweet oak and pencil shavings on a nose which is just tipping into early adolescence. The palate is sleek with late but plentiful tannins; blackcurrant and leaf flavours giving way to oak on the back.
