A beautiful radiant pale yellow in the glass. Very vibrant nose which delivers a lovely blend of cream brulee, dried apricots and white peach. The wine coats the pallet with a rich warm mouthfeel, a gorgeous vanilla, nutty, yeasty creaminess complimented with stone fruits, pineapple with a clean minerality acid drive that delivers a long lingering finish.
Rich and textural, this wine is a natural match for crayfish, scallops, or roast chicken. It's stonefruit and nutty notes pair beautifully with creamy risottos, roasted autumn vegetables, and soft cheeses, while it's bright acidity ensures a long, elegant finish at the table.
