On the nose a burst of ripe fruits - juicy apricots and white peaches. There's a hint of subtle nuttiness. Concentrated and inviting with a beautiful liveliness and purity.
A lovely weight and an oily texture coats the palate with a sense of richness. Flavours of ripe apricots are joined by a touch of pink guava. These tropical notes are balanced by a subtle yeastiness with an underlying vanilla note. These richer elements are shaped with a bright minerality. The wine retains a lovely acid backbone as a counterpoint, providing great structure,
The finish is persistent and layered. A subtle citrus zest lingers, alongside the more prominent minerality. Delicate notes of vanilla and spice emerge now, with the subtle characteristics of lees stirring and oak aging.
