The 2023 Pask Syrah shows a deep garnet hue. Aromas of raspberry, black cherry and spiced plum lead into delicate floral notes, with subtle vanilla and spice in the background. The palate is generous and layered, offering cherries, plums and dark fruits intertwined with nutmeg, cinnamon and a touch of white pepper. Fine, supple tannins and bright acid line provide balance and drive, carrying the wine through to a long evolving finish with both power and finesse.
