Pask Winery is pleased to announce that hospitality personality John Logan has signed a lease and plans to open Eleven Thirty Three — a destination brasserie showcasing the region's finest produce, provenance, and wine.

Finding the Right Partner for Pask
Pask's newly redecorated cellar door and restaurant space launched in mid-2024. A chance meeting led John Logan from Tickbox Hospitality Ltd to sign on to open Eleven Thirty Three. John brings over two decades of hospitality experience across the UK and New Zealand, with senior roles at some of the country's most respected venues.
He's renowned for delivering an exceptional customer experience and for letting great ingredients do the talking. Eleven Thirty Three will be no different.
